The peaceful area around the Daubensee is filled with animals and people on the last Sunday in July this year. 800 sheep gather on the banks of the lake - the beginning of the Shepherds' festival on the Gemmi. The Sheep Festival provides an opportunity for farmers and shepherds, to meet. As they often live only a few kilometers apart, they are still separated by high mountains and inaccessible terrain of each other.
